Chloe’s arrival comes at a pivotal moment for Tradedoubler, following our rebrand last year and expansion into the U.S this year. With these strong foundations in place, her leadership will play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.
Meet Chloe Hall
We sat down with Chloe to learn more about what drew her to Tradedoubler, her vision for marketing, and what excites her most about this new chapter.
What attracted you most to the role at Tradedoubler?

The role feels like a full-circle moment, as I started my career in affiliate on the publisher side, working for a cashback site and two AI tech publishers. Joining Tradedoubler now feels like a natural step, with its strong international network and expertise in Partner Marketing. Plus, the VP Marketing role, combining marketing and investor relations is a unique chance to shape the brand in a way that speaks directly to clients, partners, and the investor market.
As Matthais already mentioned with the rebrand, new website in place, and U.S. expansion on target, it’s a great point in time to join the company and return to an industry I love.
Which experiences from your career do you want to bring into your new position as VP Marketing?
I spent the first eight years of my career in the affiliate marketing world, so I bring strong knowledge of the sector. For the past three years I’ve led marketing at high-impact edtech and fintech brands, where marketing played a central role in growth. I’m excited to combine those two experiences - affiliate expertise and startup mindset - to create the best of both worlds for Tradedoubler’s strategy.
Alongside that, I want to bring my experience in building clear, compelling brand positioning that resonates with all of Tradedoubler’s users.
What excites you most about marketing in general?
I didn’t fall into marketing by accident, I ran towards it! I’ve wanted to work in marketing since school. Coming from a family of musicians, creativity has always been a big part of my life, and marketing felt like the most creative corner of the corporate world. What excites me is combining creativity with strategy and using storytelling to inspire.
Marketing connects the dots between a company’s vision and the outcomes customers care about.
What would you like to achieve in your new role?
My priority is to make marketing a central driver of Tradedoubler’s growth. That means working closely with customer success, product, and sales. Customer success and sales are the eyes and ears of the business, and marketing can turn their insights into creative campaigns. For product, while the team builds powerful tools and features, marketing’s role is to ensure innovations are clearly communicated and actively used.
We’ll also strengthen our presence at major industry events, showcasing our expertise and connecting with partners face to face. Ultimately, the goal is to build a marketing engine for growth.
What are you most looking forward to in terms of working with the team?
One of the things I’m most looking forward to is working with such an international team. Coming from a cultural intelligence learning platform, I know first-hand how valuable diverse perspectives can be. Our differences strengthen how we think and work, and I’m keen to tap into that at Tradedoubler to learn from the experiences and viewpoints across the company.
I’m also especially looking forward to working closely with Wollo, Patricia and Denise. They’ve already achieved so much, and I’m excited to build on those foundations together.
