bonprix is a German fashion brand and part of the Otto Group. Founded in 1986, the brand offers affordable feel-good fashion for women, men and children, alongside living products, with a strong focus on inclusive sizing and trend-led designs. Active in more than 16 European markets, bonprix serves a broad international audience seeking quality fashion at accessible prices.



Challenge: Aligning Premium Visibility with Scalable Performance

 

To further strengthen brand visibility and performance, bonprix set out to activate new digital environments capable of delivering scale across multiple markets.

 

The objective was twofold:

  • Combine premium brand exposure with measurable performance impact

  • Expand beyond traditional affiliate placements

 

bonprix needed a scalable solution that could deliver visibility at the top of the funnel while maintaining clear efficiency and revenue contribution.

To balance reach and efficiency, we partnered with OEM and browser partner VEVE and launched on a hybrid fixed-fee model combined with a low CPA.

 

As performance scaled, selected browsers transitioned to a higher CPA model - allowing bonprix to optimise efficiency while increasing revenue contribution.

This flexible commercial structure ensured the channel delivered both visibility and performance growth.



Results: Significant Order Value Growth for bonprix

 

The browser activation delivered measurable impact across key metrics:

  • 19%+ YoY increase in AOV

  • 100%+ YoY order value growth

  • Browser partners contributed ~5% of total international order value in 2025

  • Nearly 50% of total order value in Germany within the Tradedoubler network


The results demonstrate how browser environments - when activated strategically - can evolve into significant revenue-driving contributors.
