From GPMA Bronze to The Cocktail Vault: Our Highlights from PI LIVE
PI LIVE Europe 2026 gave us plenty to celebrate. Alongside bringing the partner marketing community together, the event also hosted the Global Performance Marketing Awards, where Tradedoubler won Bronze in the Partnership Ecosystem category.
But the celebrations didn’t stop there. From lively conversations and thought-provoking sessions to cocktails and catch-ups at The Cocktail Vault, PI LIVE was a great few days for the Tradedoubler team and the wider industry.
A Bronze Win for our Global Partnership Network
One of the biggest highlights for us was the 2026 Global Performance Marketing Awards, where Tradedoubler won Bronze in the Partnership Ecosystem category.
The award recognised our work in driving scalable growth through a global partnership network. It reflects the way we bring together local market expertise, a diverse range of publisher models and the technology and support brands need to grow across markets.
The judges described our approach as:
“A credible global model combining local expertise, diversified publisher types, first-party tracking, fraud monitoring and industry-standard development across more than 90 markets. This feels like a genuinely mature partnership ecosystem rather than simply a large affiliate network.”
We’re proud to see our work recognised - and even prouder that it is built on the strong relationships we’ve developed with our clients, publishers and partners around the world.
Cocktails, Catch-Ups and a Very Busy Vault
PI LIVE was a great reminder of what makes the partner marketing community so special: bringing brands, agencies, publishers and technology partners together in one place to exchange ideas, share experiences and start new conversations.
The Cocktail Vault by Tradedoubler gave us the perfect setting for those conversations. Our affiliate-themed cocktails - the Performance Booster, Partner Punch and Opt-Out - went down extremely well, but the conversations were the real highlight.
Throughout the event, we caught up with existing partners, met new people and explored opportunities to support growth, international expansion and new publisher partnerships. The Vault had a brilliant atmosphere, with plenty of energy and a steady stream of visitors.
AI Visibility: A Debate the Industry Needs to Have
AI visibility was another major topic at PI LIVE, with our CEO Matthias Stadelmeyer taking part in the Battle Ring debate: “AI Visibility: Billion Dollar Opportunity, or Bullsh*t Business Model?”
Going head-to-head with Simon Gustafson, CEO of Adtraction, Matthias made the case for AI visibility as a major commercial opportunity - particularly for businesses with strong publisher relationships. The discussion explored how AI is changing the way people discover products, and whether visibility in AI-generated answers can become a measurable and valuable part of the customer journey.
With two opposing perspectives, live audience voting and a question that is still being debated across the industry, it was a fittingly lively addition to this year’s PI LIVE programme.
