Matthias is CEO at Tradedoubler since 2014 and has since then remodelled the business fundamentally. He is an experienced strategic leader with strong background in sales and technology. Due to his expertise in blockchain and data technology and his visionary view on digital marketing trends he is a sought-after keynote speaker and regularly shares the stage with other industry leaders. Matthias has held several leading positions within Tradedoubler since 2007, including Sales Director and Head of Technology in Germany, Regional Director for market unit DACH and Vice President Sales. Matthias started his career as Team leader for Online Marketing at CANCOM IT Systeme AG, Munich.
Viktor is CFO at Tradedoubler since 2016 and has a strong background in finance and accounting. He joined Tradedoubler in March 2015 as Head of Group Accounting, was appointed Interim CFO in May 2016 and took on the position permanently in October 2016. Prior to that Viktor worked for Cision, an international PR software company and held a number of roles including Group Treasurer and Business Controller.
Victoria started as CTO at Tradedoubler in January 2023. She has great background in software development and started her career as a Java developer in 2000. Her passion for how processes, leadership, culture, and technology need to play together for teams to be high performing has led her through her career as a technology leader and a management coach for organizations that want to work in more efficient and modern ways. Previously, Victoria was CTO at Privitar, a private sector company.
After being CTO from 2017 to 2023, François is now CPO at Tradedoubler. He is an experienced entrepreneur and online marketing professional. François joined Tradedoubler in December 2016 when the group acquired R-Advertising, an email marketing company in which he holds the position of CEO. He was then the CTO of Tradedoubler before becoming CPO. Prior to that, François founded RoyalCactus, a leading social & mobile gaming company.
Claudia’s extensive online marketing experience spans over 10 years. She has held several leading positions taking responsibility of different key areas in the company. In her current role as Regional Director Germany, Austria and Switzerland Claudia’s focus is on generating growth based on an agile, tailored and partner-oriented approach where the key driver is our company culture based on 20 years of innovation.
Łukasz has over 10 years of experience in performance marketing having joined Tradedoubler in 2008. In his current role as a Regional Director CEE & Poland, he is responsible for delivering results, relationship management with C-level managers, industry insight and strategy to main Clients and Publishers and cross-boarding business development in CEE region. Member of Advisory Board of Polish Chamber of eCommerce.
Derek has joined Tradedoubler in 2019 and is responsible for leading Tradedoubler´s business and go-to-market strategy in the UK and in Ireland. Derek has an extensive background in performance marketing and an in-depth understanding of the sector in which he works since 2004. In his last role as Group Sales Director at Webgains, he was responsible for the impressive sales growth by helping advertisers to reach their KPI’s and recruiting new clients.
Federica has 12 years of experience in performance marketing and joined Tradedoubler in early 2019. Previously she worked for Etoile Media as Executive Director and for Natexo as Managing Director for the Italian office and VP Sales Europe. Federica is fully customer focused and has a very pragmatic ROI approach. As Country Manager of Tradedoubler France she is focussing on retaking the lead of affiliation marketing in France.
Gianpaolo firstly joined Tradedoubler in October 2008. He was Head of Campaigns and Head of Sales for almost 4 years. He left the company to cover up his profile. In September 2022, he returned to Tradedoubler as Italian Regional Director. Gianpaolo is well known in the market thanks to his networking skills. He loves building teams, developing business, and pays great attention to the people who work with him.
Uli had started his early career at Tradedoubler in 2003 and returned to the company in October 2022 as Regional Director Nordics. He has over 20 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry, with a strong focus on Affiliate and Influencer Marketing. He was Managing Director DACH for Affilinet and part of the International Management Board until 2016 before co-founded and managed the Influencer Marketing company addfame in Munich. Thereafter he managed the global Sales- and Partner Management teams at Stylight and most recently led the international Merchant Partnership teams at Tipser in Stockholm.
Soraya García Merino
Soraya holds the position of Regional Director Iberia and Latam since 2013 after joining as the Head of Sales a year before. Soraya’s negotiation skills, marketing background and team management experience are focused on achieving the targets for the markets she is responsible for. Previously she worked for the digital agency Internet Advantage for 7 years, the European Bank and The British Library in London.
Stefanie has 10 years experience in performance marketing and joined Tradedoubler in 2020. She is responsible for Tradedoubler’s business in the Netherlands and Belgium. Her previous work experience includes management positions on the publisher, affiliate network and advertiser side.
Ulrik started his career at Tradedoubler back in February 2000 as part of the initial team to launch operations in UK. During his time at Tradedoubler he had worked across multiple teams such as Technical Services, Account Management and Publisher Management and been based in London, Stockholm and now Madrid. Ulrik is responsible for driving growth customer satisfaction for Tradedoubler’s existing and new International Advertisers.
James re-joined Tradedoubler in August 2020, bringing over 14 years cross channel & performance marketing experience across network, technology, publisher and advertiser. James is responsible for reshaping the publisher and network direction globally and locally. He ensures that all key existing and new partnerships have direct access to Tradedoubler’s growing and established client base, as well as driving technological and commercial innovation and growth across the network.
Em joined Tradedoubler in 2020 as Business Lead CPI, she is responsible for Tradedoubler App solution and focuses on business expansion. Em is an all-rounder when it comes to App performance marketing and together with a growing team, championing CPI in various verticals from e-commerce to entertainment, worldwide. Her previous experience includes sales and account management for both demand and supply partners in performance-based mobile advertising.
Seth has global experience in performance marketing, working in the performance marketing industry since 2008. Seth joined Tradedoubler in June 2020 to take the lead on Tradedoubler’s SMB affiliate business – Grow. Seth is very results focussed and has a proven track record of delivery within the space, having previously held various technical and commercial senior roles at Webgains, in product development, strategic partnerships, and customer success.
Cathrine has over 20 years of experience in Product Development and Engineering. She joined Tradedoubler in 2002 and has worked in various roles within the company, most recently as a Senior Database Developer. Cathrine has been responsible for Tradedoubler’s Stockholm based Product Development team since 2018, managing high performing teams of Software Engineers.
Nick is responsible for the roadmap and strategy across all of Tradedoubler’s products and oversees the Product Management teams. Nick is developing Tradedoubler’s core platform for the future, focussing on openness, value and innovation to allow our partners to connect and grow. Nick’s career began in 2007 working in Market Research before joining Tradedoubler’s International Technical Services team in 2009. Having worked in both technical and commercial functions of the business and with spells working for media agencies and in programmatic ad tech, Nick joined the Product Team in 2015.
