Stockholm 1 April 2016

As communicated in December 2015, Tradedoublers’s CFO Tomas Ljunglöf has resigned. Tomas will leave Tradedoubler May 3, after the release of the Q1 report and the Annual General Meeting. Viktor Wågström will thereafter be interim CFO until the process of finding a new permanent CFO is finalized. Viktor Wågström presently works as head of accounting and group consolidation at Tradedoubler and has several years of experience from listed companies and financial reporting to the stock market, both from Tradedoubler and his previous employer.
