The intent of the purchase is to integrate the zezam business into the Tradedoubler subsidiary Metapic to further expand the investment within influencer marketing. The acquisition of KAHA GmbH will give Metapic access to technologies that complement and extend its current offering within the growing market of influencer marketing.
Through the acquisition, creators will have the ability to build a fully customized social media storefront in seconds. Creators can discover affiliate collaborations from their favorite brands and offer their followers a seamless way to transition from their content to their product recommendations. Depending on the brand, they get paid per click or per order. It is the only solution that allows creators to promote affiliate links on all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) at the same time. Creators can make their social feed shoppable by uploading their feed posts on their zezam storefront and linking to all products. Additionally, creators can also sell banner placements on their zezam page, offering an additional revenue stream for fixed-fee campaigns.
