Tradedoubler UK puts networking back in networks
Over the last few months at Tradedoubler UK, we have been casually inviting our publishers and advertisers to use our office to hot desk with us in the spirit of better collaboration. Some partners are coming from out of town, or happen to be in the area. We want our partners to see Tradedoubler as the sort of partner that welcomes them in. We all feel it’s been a big success in many ways. By making our interaction less formal, we formed stronger relationships, and visitors tend to meet more people, from other companies, as well as from Tradedoubler. It also creates a more dynamic environment for everyone, with visitors coming and going, people jumping into rooms for a quick brainstorm, or getting to know each other over the coffee machine. We believe stronger relationships make for better partnerships and better results.
