Tradedoubler UK puts networking back in networks

Over the last few months at Tradedoubler UK, we have been casually inviting our publishers and advertisers to use our office to hot desk with us in the spirit of better collaboration. Some partners are coming from out of town, or happen to be in the area. We want our partners to see Tradedoubler as the sort of partner that welcomes them in. We all feel it’s been a big success in many ways. By making our interaction less formal, we formed stronger relationships, and visitors tend to meet more people, from other companies, as well as from Tradedoubler.  It also creates a more dynamic environment for everyone, with visitors coming and going, people jumping into rooms for a quick brainstorm, or getting to know each other over the coffee machine. We believe stronger relationships make for better partnerships and better results.

“The “open desk” policy that Tradedoubler operates has been really helpful for Soreto. It enables us to hot desk at their offices every other week and be much closer to their account teams on a regular basis. Developing those relationships with the AM team and ensuring we are maintaining momentum with all of our conversations with their clients is invaluable, and spending regular time at their offices helps us do that”

Ricky Jones, Chief Commercial Officer, Soreto

“Often I find myself working from the Tradedoubler offices – It’s an amazing workspace, where you can mingle with the friendly staff, catch up on all matters surrounding our accounts, and on Friday’s even unwind after the week with some table tennis/foosball and a cheeky beer”

Brian McGuigan, Partner Marketing Manager, Quidco

We decided to open it up beyond personal invites, so if you as an advertiser or publisher want a space to work for a few hours, or just drop in for a coffee to say hi, we want you to feel that you can do that!  All we ask is that you let us know you’re coming so we can have a badge ready for you.  We look forward to getting to know more people at our central London offices in Moorgate!

If you are interested in hot desking in your local Tradedoubler office please get in touch with your local account management team!
