We offer the opportunity to work internationally. Here are some experiences of employees who have worked for Tradedoubler in different countries.

Ulrik Ljungberg

Ulrik Ljungberg

Director International

I joined Tradedoubler back in February 2000 and worked for the UK operations in London as a Technical Account Manager after completing my initial 6 weeks in Stockholm. I moved back home to Sweden after 4 fantastic years in London and continue working as Director Technical Services in the Stockholm office. After one year I decided to move back to London and stayed there for another 12 years working in various roles such at International Technical Account Director, Group Technical Services Director, Group Client Support Director and then Vice President Operations. Since September 2020 I’m based in Madrid and work as Director International and oversee the work with our International Advertisers and Publishers.

Yushan Cheng

International Business Development Manager

After college in Germany, I spent over 10 years of my career in Business Development in the E-Commerce industry. In the last few years, more and more foreign companies who own great products would like to introduce their products to European consumers but don’t know how to build a brand and do the marketing here. As international Business Development Manager by Tradedoubler, my goal is to help the international leading brands to continue building their business in European markets smoothly. With Tradedoubler’s knowledge and technical support, we believe our international clients will find more opportunities in the new markets.

James Maley

James Maley

Director International, Publishers & Network

I started my digital marketing career at Tradedoubler back in 2009 as a UK Client Services Manager; rising the ranks to head of corporate clients before departing in 2014. This foundation set me up to understand multiple paid marketing channels; stakeholder management at the highest level, as well as team and commercial skills that would go on to set the rest of my career up today. I left to lead global programmatic, affiliate; meta, and email at Hilton Hotels, as well as joining a couple of start-up technical publisher businesses; the foundation Tradedoubler gave me was invaluable.

I rejoined Tradedoubler as part of the global management team in 2020, responsible for the publisher partners and network. This includes overall network partner strategy, working closely with the senior leadership, local and international teams. Most importantly ensure that Tradedoubler is a forward-thinking performance network for our partners, so we continue to drive value, revenue, and relevant consumers for our advertisers. Based in London but working across the UK, Europe and ROW I am the Director International, Publisher & Network and have spent half my career life of 15 years, with Tradedoubler.

International Account Director

I have spent over 17 years of my career in business development, including more than 8 years in the affiliate industry on both publisher and network sides. And now at Tradedoubler I oversee and direct the daily operational and strategic management of many of our international advertisers. I am based in the UK, but I work with more than 20 international AMs and ADs across multiple regions like the US, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Nordics, and my team and I work together to drive and maintain global performance and client satisfaction at all times. Since joining Tradedoubler I have had the opportunity to visit clients in cities like Hamburg, Geneva and London, and I plan to visit several others in the new year.

Client Development Director

I started my journey with Tradedoubler Poland in May 2012, as a Client Development Director, taking care of key Polish Tradedoubler clients, as well as a team of 6 people.
Because I was always keen on getting digital marketing experience in other countries outside of Poland, I took the opportunity to move to Sweden, working as a Client Development Director in the Stockholm office, taking care of clients from all four Nordic markets.
In 2018 I had the pleasure of becoming part of the German Tradedoubler team for a couple of months and have been working as the International Team Coordinator.

Anna Lennerup

Senior Technical Client Manager

Almost ten years ago I had the opportunity to join Tradedoubler working in the technical support team. Now as a Senior Technical Client Manager I am still part of the technical team but have since then worked in different job positions, in two different countries and within different teams. Working in two different offices and countries gives you a great perspective of how the cultural aspect affects our work and organizational structures. This makes you humble and richer by giving you a new perspective that you didn’t have before. I now work for the Nordic team but am based in Madrid for two years. I am very grateful for this opportunity and it’s these opportunities that make Tradedoubler a great place to work. I learn new things each day from the team here in Madrid and feel that I have a lot of possibilities to develop both as an individual and professionally. The reason I wanted to move to Madrid was that I have been living here on various occasions and I feel very at home. I also love to get to know new cultures and languages so improving my Spanish is one big reason. I talked to my manager about the possibility to go back to Madrid with Tradedoubler and as I was working for an international team at that moment it helped in the process. My advice is to have the courage to ask and experience to work abroad.

Alvaro Otero

Álvaro Otero

Senior Technical Client Manager

It’s a long time since I started to work in Tradedoubler Madrid, but it was not the time when I started working at Tradedoubler. My first opportunity to work in this great company was in a small office in a small country town in England called Telford. This first opportunity gave me the chance to work out of my original country, out of my comfort zone, improve my English level, and learn more than a classic technical task to develop in a marketing company. I learned to work around amazing people from different countries, cultures, and religions. I could see how different we are in behavior and personality depending on our origins, but in the end, how similar we are. To be honest, working outside my home country gave me an extraordinary experience on a personal level that I would recommend to anyone who can do it.

Head of CIT

Tradedoubler is where I have collaborated with very skilled and interesting people from many diverse countries since 2007. My journey started as an International Technical Account Director, where I mainly cooperated with multinational travel companies to run their campaigns while meeting our different local market standards. It was fascinating to work with our local teams and match their specific needs with our client’s main objectives.

Then, I led the implementation team, which consisted of a dedicated tech team from various countries, building campaigns and implementing demand-tracking solutions. Then, in 2017, I returned to my first love and became responsible for the internal Information System, and we took up the cloud. These were successful years I spent with many people contacts, meeting in different languages, traveling, and always with daring technical projects.
