Role overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, relationship building Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to Metapic. Eager to grow within the forefront of digital marketing and willing to take on the challenge of building a world class client base. Teamplay is essential, and so is thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will help build a growing startup with the financial muscles of a noted company. You will be part of a small global team where fun, passion and honesty is important.

Main responsibilities

  • Via calls, meetings and presentations grow a new client base
  • Connect and co-operate with media agencies
  • Maintain and nurture existing client base
  • Co-develop the offer with Metapic team
  • Co-develop the Sales Process with Metapic team
  • Meet and exceed budget and sales targets
  • Initial focus on sales in Nordic markets SE, NO, DK, FI
  • Teamplay with delivery in handover in final stages of sale
  • Help tech team understand market requirements and support them in product development workshops with ideas and insights

Professional requirements

  • You have a couple of years of experience in sales
  • You have strong knowledge and connections within the media agency landscape
  • You have experience in, and a passion for, digital advertising
  • You have experience with and understanding of the needs of digital advertisers and media agencies
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
  • University education a plus
