Tradedoubler to offer free insight and affiliate surgery sessions at A4Uexpo, London

London, 12 October 2012

Tradedoubler, the international performance marketing and technology company, is offering visitors to A4Uexpo London, a chance to learn about the latest trends in affiliate marketing and discuss how Tradedoubler can help solve their business issues.

A4Uexpo, to be held at the Hilton London Metropole from 16 to 17 October, is the largest event for performance marketing in the UK. Around 1,000 visitors are expected to attend.

Dan Cohen, Market Unit Leader UK and Ireland for Tradedoubler, said: “The affiliate marketing business is becoming increasingly complex, so being at A4Uexpo London is a fantastic opportunity for publishers and advertisers to learn more about how Tradedoubler is incorporating the latest trends in affiliate marketing and mobile commerce to maximise the opportunities for its clients.

“We’re looking forward to sharing our knowledge of the industry through our affiliate surgery and insight sessions and to participating in the important debates about the future of the industry.”

Tradedoubler’s programme of activity, to be held at its stand No 79, includes two one hour open surgeries on each day, complemented by a daily programme of 15 minute sessions on ‘Technology and You’, ‘Bringing Affiliate Marketing into the App Space’  and ‘Landing the Long Tail.’

The sessions will draw on Tradedoubler’s expertise in UK and international performance marketing and its ability to generate revenue for its clients, €3.5bn in 2011.  Places are bookable in advance on stand No 79.

In addition, Tradedoubler will be leading two major panel debates:

  • Andrew Copeland, who heads up Tradedoubler's award-winning publisher team, will be holding a panel discussion on 16 October to discuss changes in consumer behaviour and how these are impacting brands. He will be joined by Tradedoubler clients, Quidco and Mothercare.
  • On 17 October, Neil Ranatunga, Head of Mobile in the UK, will be speaking about ‘Mobilisation of the Nation,’ drawing on the company’s recent research into smartphone user behaviour across Europe. Neil will be joined by spokespeople from Vouchercloud and Jessops.
