Food and Photography Create Award-Winning Potential for Tradedoubler Clients – Tesco and Jessops

Tradedoubler, the performance marketing and technology company, has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Use of Affiliate Marketing’ category of the 2012 New Media Age Awards for its innovative and revenue-generating work for two of its long-term clients, Tesco and Jessops.
Tradedoubler’s affiliate marketing programme for Tesco focussed on combining a technology world-first from Ingredo with a targeted focus on expanding Tesco’s core affiliate network to top quality recipe sites, visited by keen amateur cooks looking for new ideas.
Tradedoubler also gained a coveted shortlisting in the same category for its growing success in the photography market, driving affiliate sales for camera retailer Jessops. Achievements included boosting overall online sales to a quarter of all sales (26 per cent), up from 22 per cent the previous year, with a 14 per cent increase in revenue driven by the affiliate channel. Cross-channel marketing was integrated into the affiliate network programme and potential customers were encouraged to visit Jessop stores with Quidco Mobile App incentivised check-ins, to enable up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
