Tradedoubler to Reveal M-Commerce Insights at a4uexpo 2012

For all of you lucky enough to be attending the A4U Expo in Barcelona next week, Tradedoubler are committed to making your time spent inside away from the beach and sangria worthwhile! Our CEO Urban Gillstrom and CCO, Elaine Stafier will deliver a speech entitled ‘Making Money on the move: the evolution of m-commerce’. The aim of the speech is to help advertisers, publishers, agencies and entrepreneurs to make the move to mobile.
The duo will reveal the results of Tradedoubler’s industry-leading research into European mobile commerce which we are really excited about sharing and they will discuss the changing role of mobile devices in the purchasing journey – from researching to purchase. The pioneering research, which was carried out in UK, France, Germany and Sweedon, is a key focus for Tradedoubler’s latest campaign to help its merchants and affiliate partners to seize their fair share of the £200 billion online and m-commerce market.
Urban commented that “M-commerce is changing the face of retail and our mobile traffic is already generating more than two million sales per month. We hope that the presentation will give both advertisers and publishers an invaluable insight into mobile interaction and shopping habits, helping them to find their way in an increasingly complex environment.”
Elaine added: “Companies simply cannot afford to ignore the opportunity presented by mobile technology trends when m-commerce sales are predicted to grow 40 per cent each year for the next five years. We’re already delivering substantial incremental revenue and award-winning campaigns for clients over mobile and we want to convince and help more brands make the move to mobile over the coming months.”
