Yesterday we announced two strategic appointments to further strengthen our senior management team, following the promotion of our former UK & Ireland market leader, Rob Wilson, to CEO.
Dan Cohen, former head of Tradedoubler’s award-winning Publisher Development Team has been promoted to Market Unit Leader for UK & Ireland and Chris Russell-Smith has been brought in as Sales and Agency Director.
Dan Cohen joined Tradedoubler UK in September 2011 to establish a new Publisher Development Team, which went on to win two publisher-voted prizes at the 2012 Performance Marketing Awards. With more than seven years of experience in digital marketing, he has held senior roles at dgm and TMP Worldwide, plus a variety of strategic roles across media companies such as ITV, Chrysalis Radio and GWR Radio.
Chris Russell-Smith brings extensive experience in online marketing to Tradedoubler, having worked with companies such as nonstopConsulting, dgm, Newsquest and Carat. In his new role he will be responsible for driving growth across all sales channels and strengthening relationships with advertising agencies.
Welcoming the two appointments, Rob Wilson, CEO of Tradedoubler said: “With a proven track record in achieving outstanding results for clients, Dan and Chris will be immense assets to the team."
