Break through orders for TradeDoubler's new products
TradeDoubler has already signed contracts for one of their new products that recently was launched, with two leading European price comparison sites; Costameno in Italy and Pricerunner in Sweden. These companies will now be able to increase revenue from and facilitate administration of online marketing, thanks to TradeDoubler's new product.
14 March 2002
The price comparison sites will use TradeDoubler Media Toolbox, a service aimed at portals, media and large traffic drivers. It is a third party tracking and administration engine, with which companies can manage online campaigns and relationships with advertisers and thereby strengthen their offerings. They will also be able to provide performance-based offers and make revenue from traffic generated to other companies.
"Today we have more than half a million visitors per month on our site and a large part of these continue to our partner's sites and become customers. In order to prove the quality of our visitors for our partners and to get control of our flows we have been looking for a tool that is simple to administrate, cost efficient, secure and provided by an independent party. TradeDoubler Media Toolbox fulfils all these requirements", says Kristofer Arwin, CEO and co-founder of Pricerunner, one of Europe's largest price comparison sites.
Costameno, the leading price comparison site in Italy, has until today been delivering high quality traffic to their 750 partners for free. "Now that we have found TradeDoubler's Media Toolbox it makes it possible for us to measure what we generate as well as have the option to get paid for the traffic and sales, and for that we are very grateful" says Giulio Finzi, founder and CEO at Costameno.
"The market for these types of products is growing quickly and with our vast experience from online performance-based marketing and sales as well as close relationship with large portals we have been able to develop this service, which was presented to the market in January 2002. We have discussions with several large operators for example in the UK and in Germany that are very interested and we expect to announce further contracts within the near future for TradeDoubler Media Toolbox" says Martin Henricson, CEO at TradeDoubler.
