Casper Seifert appointed new Chief Financial Officer of TradeDoubler

Casper Seifert has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TradeDoubler AB (publ), effective June 8, 2007. He will be a member of TradeDoubler's Group Management Board and will be responsible for the company's financial operations including investor relations.

Seifert's most recent appointment has been as CFO of Mekonomen AB (publ), which is a position he has held since 2006.  Earlier positions include COO and CFO of GEAB the Phone House AB followed by CFO of TRIO AB (publ).  Seifert holds a B.A. Hons. with a major in Finance & Accounting from Stockholm University.   "Through his previous CFO positions, Casper Seifert's experience on both a strategic and operational level will be extremely beneficial to TradeDoubler", says William Cooper, CEO TradeDoubler.   Seifert succeeds current CFO Owe Wedebrand who joined TradeDoubler in 2005. Owe Wedebrand will leave TradeDoubler to take up a position as CFO with another employer.
