CEO of successful listed company joins TradeDoubler´s Board of Directors
Torvald Bohlin, CEO at NeoNet AB, a company listed at the stock exchange in Stockholm has joined TradeDoubler's Board of Directors. His long experience from companies within the telecom and media industry will be a good experience injection for TradeDoubler.

TradeDoubler has a convincing business idea and shows very strong development, which made the decision to join the Board of Directors easy. TradeDoubler is a very professional, recognized and innovative player in the area of online marketing and sales, offering a vide range of solutions to help companies improve their online business. The company's ability to generate results for its clients, done in a very cost efficient way, is of course appealing to all businesses. I am confident that such solutions will be a natural part of every larger company's marketing and sales budget in the future, says Torvald Bohlin.
Mr Bohlin holds the position as CEO at NeoNet, an international securities broker listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Previously he has been Senior Executive Vice President of the Swedish telecom company Telia Group, responsible for the info media business. Mr Bohlin also has vast experience within the newspaper industry, as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Swedish Newspaper Publishers Association. Additionally he acted as CEO at Aftonbladet, Sweden's biggest evening paper, from 1985 to 1991.
We are happy that Mr Bohlin will join the Board of Directors and we are convinced that his experience within the advertising and publishing business as well as the telecom area will contribute positively. Mr Bohlin's experience from building up international on-line technology based business will be specifically useful for TradeDoubler, says Stig-Arne Larsson, chairman of the Board.
Additionally Peter Ahldin, CEO at Remium Securities and advisor for Arctic Ventures, has been elected deputy to the Board of Directors. Mr Ahldin has a past as an Institutional broker and has been part of starting and developing several companies within the technology area.
The ordinary members of the TradeDoubler Board of Directors are; Martin Henricson (TradeDoubler), Felix Hagnö (TradeDoubler), Niclas Gabrán (Soros Private Equity Partner), Ramez Sousou (Soros Private Equity Partner), Ragnar Thorisson (Arctic Ventures), Magnus Emilson (Visit) and Stig-Arne Larsson.
