| I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it? | - Go to the TradeDoubler home page where you usually login.
- Click the link Forgotten your password?
- Enter your registered email address in the popup window and click Ok
- An email with a link to reset your password is sent to your registered email address, the link to reset your password is only active for 15 minutes and only works once.

| I have forgotten my password and requested it to be reset but I have not received the email? | Please note that it can take a few minutes for the email to arrive: - Check your Junk mail folder.
- Ensure that your inbox is not full.
- Check that you entered your email address in the reset password popup correctly
- Add the TradeDoubler domain to your email safe list/white lists in your email software
- Contact your technical support to check that you do not have any email rules or internal SPAM filters which could prevent the TradeDoubler email being delivered
- Request a new password reminder by clicking the link Forgotten your password? again.

Log in failed and the system: - informs me that I have been inactive too long - redirects to the login screen - asks me to enter information I have already provided | It is possible that you are blocking the TradeDoubler cookie, 3rd party firewall/privacy protection software can do this:

- Add TradeDoubler.com as a trusted websites; see section Security

| I am getting a Session Timed out error, why is this? | Check if your Internet software has added www.tradedoubler.com to the list of blocked domains: Internet Explorer: - Go to Tools >> Internet Options
- Select the tab Security
- Click Restricted sites, then Sites, make sure www.tradedoubler.com is NOT listed there
- Click Trusted sites, then Sites, add www.tradedoubler.com to the list
Mozilla Firefox: - Select Tools >> Options
- Select Privacy, click Exceptions, make sure www.tradedoubler.com is NOT listed there
- Enter www.tradedoubler.com in the Address field, click Allow

| I have registered with TradeDoubler, why did I not receive a welcome email? | Please note that it can take a few minutes for the email to arrive:

If you did not activate your account within the required time period you need to re-register. | Can I register as a Publisher if I don't reside in one of the TradeDoubler markets? | TradeDoubler currently operates in 19 markets across Europe. If your country isn’t listed on our website, you can still sign up as a Publisher and register an account on our network as an International Publisher. When signing up with TradeDoubler, the country setting in step 1 refers to the country you wish to have access to and not the country in which you reside. Therefore, if you want to sign up in the UK with access to UK companies, then select the UK. You enter your residential details in step 2 |
