  Dan Cohen - Regional Director of Tradedoubler
  Dan Cohen is the Regional Director for Tradedoubler, and has run the UK & Ireland operations since 2012. He was recruited into Tradedoubler in 2011 as Network Director, to set up the Publisher Development Team, which won two prestigious publisher awards at the 2012 Performance Awards. Prior to that, Dan has worked in online advertising for the past 7 years, with key senior roles at affiliate network dgm, amongst other positions. Dan has also held various strategic roles at The European Newspaper, ITV, Chrysalis Radio & GWR Radio prior to moving into online advertising.


  Mary Keane-Dawson - Strategic Advisor & Business Development Consultant
  Mary is a hugely experienced strategic C-suite business development professional, manager and consultant with a successful track record in the multi-channel digital media space, search optimisation, technology and social media strategy and metrics. She has over two decades’ experience in publishing, advertising, new business ventures, fundraising, client development, change management, talent development and troubleshooting.


   Matt Wood - Founder of A4U 
  Matt is founder of the (A4U), and founded the a4uexpo Performance Marketing Conferences which have taken place in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and in 2012 Spain. Involved in Affiliate Marketing since 1999, he incorporated his company Existem Ltd with profits made solely from Affiliate Marketing. Matthew is an expert in the online industry having worked with Paid Search, Organic SEO, Voucher Codes, Mobile and Cashback.


  Hannah Rouch - Head of Product, Bauer Xcel Media (and Founder of StyleNest)
  Hannah started her career in fashion and beauty journalism at Stella (The Sunday Telegraph’s supplement magazine). She then left the world of print to take on the role of Fashion & Beauty Editor at Red Online where she got the digital bug. In 2011 she started and was one of the very first Zoo Project members in 2012. Hannah wanted to create a site that incorporated every aspect of a woman’s life, from fashion to family, travel to home - StyleNest quickly became a destination site with ecommerce at the heart aimed at women aged 30/40. Hannah exited the business in 2015 and now heads up product for Bauer Xcel. As one of the Zoo Project’s first ever residents, Hannah is excited to be part of this year’s panel as a 'Dragon', and hopes to pass on the knowledge she acquired from the scheme to young entrepreneurs starting their own businesses. The Zoo Project gave Hannah the chance to discuss challenges with a breadth of people in a similar stage of their business, providing a collaborative and supportive environment.’


  Sarah Parsonage Managing Director of PerformanceIN
  Sarah is Managing Director of PerformanceIN the leading online publication for Performance Marketing and the producers of Performance Marketing Insights, London / Europe and the Performance Marketing Awards. She is passionate about digital marketing, publishing and the value of first class conferences. 


  Leo Harrison - Co-founder of Squawka Sports
  Leo founded Artemis Eight (an affiliate publisher) back in 2004 and grew the company from a one man band to a thriving workforce of over 25 with a multi million pound turnover. Leo’s cutting-edge and innovative approach to affiliate publishing earned Artemis Eight a number of prestigious industry awards and a place among a small group of UK “Super Affiliates”.
