Thomas Ehlin, representing Fjärde AP-fonden, has resigned as a member of the nomination committee of Tradedoubler. A new member will be appointed in accordance with the principles regarding the composition of the nomination committee adopted at the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2015.
The Nomination Committee consists of:
- Cédric Vincent (chairman), representing Reworld Media S.A.
- Felix Kvick, representing Henrik Kvick AB
- Pascal Chevalier, chairman of the Board of Directors
Tradedoubler’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 3 May 2016, in Stockholm, Sweden.
