Finding new customers is a challenge for digital marketers

The online marketing landscape has grown rapidly into a complex, fragmented and confusing ecosystem – with different platforms and solutions trying to reach consumers whose behaviour is equally complex, fragmented and confusing. Every day, this landscape becomes harder for marketers to navigate.

In its Digital Connections survey, Tradedoubler explores the online shopping behaviour and perceptions of adult consumers in nine European countries, uncovering the scale of the challenges marketers face today when looking for new customers in the online world.

The Digital Connections study was conducted for Tradedoubler by Arlington Research in March 2016. The research questioned 4493 consumers aged between 16 and 64, in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland.
